I’m a first-generation pizza maker with over 15 years of hands-on experience working in local pizzerias and well-known franchise kitchens. Over the past five years, I’ve focused on developing my own Neapolitan-style pizza—refining my dough, process, and flavor to stay true to the traditional style of Naples, Italy.
My approach is rooted in both experience and family influence. I grew up around cooking, learning from my mother, father, and grandmother, which shaped how I think about food—simple, honest, and made with care. During the pandemic, I fully committed to building my recipe from the ground up, dialing in every detail.
While my style is inspired by traditional Neapolitan pizza, I use high-performance propane ovens to deliver the same high heat and quality with added consistency and efficiency at events. For the past year, I’ve brought that experience to Westmoreland County, serving fast, high-quality pizza with a focus on flavor, reliability, and a great guest experience.
